Calling All Young Sommeliers

The Canadian Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs invites qualified candidates to participate in the 2026 Canadian National Jeunes Sommeliers Competition.

Eligibility

Demonstrate interest in the wine and crafted beverage industry
Be at least 21 years old and not more than 28 years old as of October 21, 2026

Competition Timeline

The written examination takes place Saturday, February 21, 2026, administered both in-person in Calgary and via proctors in other Canadian cities. The six highest-scoring candidates advance to the final stages on Saturday, March 28, 2026.
